Sparring gear (Head guard/helmet, hand gear, feet gear, mouth guard, shind guards and groin protection for males)
Camera
Soap, suncreen, shower shoes or flip flops

Willingness to learn and to work hard!
During the camp you will be working out primarily in workout clothes. Please bring one complete uniform for a group picture at the end of the camp. The workout shoes that you must bring must be appropriate for running.
